RAJMA RED (JAMMU)

Grown in the Jammu-Kashmir region, this is the smaller and glossier version of the red rajma. Even taste-wise, these are pretty much similar to the red ones. Jammu rajma is a very good source of potassium and magnesium along with soluble fibre and protein.
